By booking or using the services of Luxury Black Private Rides, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations
All rides must be scheduled in advance. Quotes may take 24–48 hours to process. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.
2. Cancellations
Clients must provide notice of cancellation as soon as possible. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
3. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We always strive to arrive on time.
4. Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions. Smoking, drug use, and disrespectful conduct are not permitted.
5. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for drivers regarding intoxicating substances. Drivers may not consume or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while providing service.
6. Damage
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride, including cleaning fees if applicable.
7. Personal Items
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items left in the vehicle, but we will make every effort to assist in locating them.
8. Accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request.
9. Complaints
For any complaints regarding service, please contact 311.
Return and Refund Policy
Luxury Black Private Rides provides transportation services and does not sell physical products; however, we offer the following refund guidelines for schedule changes and cancellations.
1. Cancellations by Client
Clients who need to cancel a scheduled ride must notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund if payment was made in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on circumstances.
2. No-Show Policy
If the client does not appear at the scheduled pickup location and gives no prior notice, the full payment will be charged and no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations by Luxury Black Private Rides
In the rare event that we must cancel a ride due to emergencies, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our control, clients will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount or may reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Delays Beyond Our Control
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, or other factors outside our control. We always strive to arrive on time and keep clients informed.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a refund is owed or there is an issue with your service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
